What was the biggest problem there? The fucking water pressure! WATER! IdiotS!!!!

Get rid of the water, make the pressure at the well-head atmospheric pressure, cap the fucking thing and be done with it. That's like, what, two days' work? Then put the water back.

Just get a big pump and siphon it across the whole of Florida, where the Gulf Stream conveniently carries it to Europe. By the time some of it slips back around to the gulf.... the well is all plugged up, just like the land ones.
