I have a very important question that is political in nature!!
There is a new movie coming out that breaks the ceiling on testosterone called The Expendables. This movie has Sly Stone, both directing and acting, Mickey Rourke, JetLi, Jason Statham, Dolph Lundgren, Eric Roberts, Randy Couture, Steve Austin, Bruce Willis and Arnold Schwarzenegger......

I was thinking about that last name, and came to a major question.......

how the fuck did GOVERNOR Schwarzenegger have the TIME to shoot a film while he is the GOVERNOR of California?

did he, in some way, FACILITATE the filming of the film?

did he donate his share of the receipts to the state after he bankrupted it?

how many unemployed people did he find work for on the set?

While this is really a fairly serious topic, I really intended it for its amusing side. But when you think about it, one has to wonder exactly when Arnie found the downtime to film it.

1. I saw Stallone on a talk show last night, and he said Arnie did his part

on some day that he wasn't too busy, and did it at like 4 am so it wouldn't interfere with his schedule.

Apparently, his part isn't very big in the movie.

3. Okay
Thanks. I wonder if he will have a career when he leave political office. I have a feeling he won't be making any political plans anytime soon.

2. Rabrrrrr is right.

The role of Mr. Church, the man who hires the Expendables, was very difficult to cast. It was initially offered to Arnold Schwarzenegger, who declined in favor of a smaller cameo due to his political career. The role was then offered to Kurt Russell, who declined as he was not interested in "ensemble acting at the moment." Sylvester Stallone spent several months after principal photography determined to find a big action name for the part. The role was finally taken by Stallone's friend and fellow former "Planet Hollywood" co-owner Bruce Willis, who was busy filming Cop Out (2010) at the time.

4. I really doubt if I will be seeing that, though
as I don't spend much time out at movies. Two weekends ago, I had to see two films, which was the first time in about two months that I got to the theatre. One of them was Sorcerer's Apprentice, and the other was Inception. THAT I'll be seeing a couple more time because of its complexity--the first one will wait until the DVD comes out!
