Today I bought the cotton balls, jumbo, soft , smooth, sturdy, and luxurious.
That is what the package says, 200 count.

I wasn't even thinking cotton balls but I walked past them and remembered.

I was beginning to give up having any cotton balls.

Two hundred should last awhile, unless I run into more fire ants.

This is fire ant weather, hot and humid.

1. Yay, you got the cottonballs!
:D

How long before you run out, so I can remind you again? :P

As for the weather, I was mostly inside today, even if this damn apartment gets over 80F in the afternoon. Still better than outside...

4. My little truck's ac unit was working over time today.
The heat index was between 103 and 108, tomorrow about the same.

It is still 91 outside now.

Pass the cold beer.

The cotton balls should last aleast 2 months.

5. On top of that, for me anyway, I have a cold,
so no beer. I can barely eat anything as it is. So much for all that pizza I bought :(

I need to go out in a while and get quarters so I can do a little laundry, including my handkerchief collection ;)

9. I will drink two beers.
Summer colds suck, the extra heat makes you feel worse.

12. Thanks for the offer but I will pass on the cold and surgical mask.
I am a Shiner beer person, it is the Czech thing.

I need to go to Shiner soon for a beer run.

13. I love Shiner, too,
but have you tried Real Ale? Their "Devil's Backbone" is a very nice brew :D

14. I should try other beers.
My Grandpa kept several cases of Shiner under the staircase.

We would drive to Shiner to buy it, fresh made.

Here's  to beer, whatever the brand or kind.:toast:

15. I only mentioned Real Ale because they are another Texas beer
and brewed in Blanco, Texas :D

Houston has St. Arnold's, too ;)

And the TABC has so far only allowed six breweries in the entire state to bottle their brews for distribution. I wonder if Gov. Bill White can get that changed...? :D

:toast:

16. I am ready for Governor Bill, he has a good chance of making it.
The more beer the better, open up a lot more breweries.

2. Jumbo is the only way to go. Triple-size are tiny these days.
