Some Words on Two of My Favorite TV Shows: The Glades and Castle

I know its yet another crime drama which is no doubt being compared to the Mentalist. I, however,have to say I love the Glades on A.E. I enjoy Matt Passmore's performance much more than Simon Baker. The rest of the cast is much more interesting too. I am really curious to see how things will progress between Longworth and Callie.

As far as Castle I love the show but am bummed because of its time slot compettion for the fall. Both the Event and the Hawaii Five O remake are getting the super hype treatment all ready from the entertaiment reporters. IMHO I think a lot of them probably miss their paid working vacations to Hawaii now that Lost is no longer being filmed there. So time to over publicize the new show being filmed there. TV Guide has H50 on the cover this week before its even aired a single episode. So poor Castle is probably going to get thrown under the bus, and I have so few favorite shows left any more.

I do prefer crime dramas but ones that mix drama/humor/ and a hint of romance extremely well like Castle, The Glades, and NCIS.

great show I just happened to stumble upon the first week, now I try to plan Sunday night around it. (I know it's kind of sad that I plan around a TV show)
