My Belkin wireless router has decided it doesn't know my computer anymore

It keeps asking for a certificate. What certificate? It was working fine until our last bad thunderstorm; now it's all wonky.

See if you can get them to apologize to one another, maybe hug it out.

3. I have never had a Belkin that played nicely.

That includes routers and adapters. I don't know how they keep selling.

6. Anytime you have problems with wireless, turn router and modem off and back on.

99.9% of the time that has fixed our problems.
