4. I do like Southwest. They generally treat passengers well.

5. They'd be a lot faster if they made the top of the plane removable,

and use a platform instead of a jetway that goes through one door.

Then people could leave on one side, and enter from the other, right through the row that they're seated in.

Like getting in and out of rides at the amusement park.
