Then have someone make up a bunch of crap to post on Internet, or with vaguely layered crap in it.

The combination of those two things can try to create a form of isolation, and from that you have to find things to think on, and if validation by connectivity is not shown in things like internet, which makes sense since it is only Internet and not possible for such things in that form, and if isolation by theft of resources is done to you, then you will find ways to make things more about you. Although it is not about any one person, that is an attempt at those that try to isolate ideas or thoughts, or someone with ideas or thoughts on things.

Although there are other things less tangible also, but some question the reality of that stuff.


Just be really honest and nice to people, and you will find that some people will try to isolate you. Since one way to break people that are nice is to get them to think about themselves, it is to try and break empathy that most of that occurs.

You can also try to expand your empathy circles, then it is not about you, even when you feel as if it is when spoken about someone else. With a wide enough empathy, any comment said to anyone feels the same as if it was said to you, even though you know it is not about you.
