Bavarian breakfast is weiß wursts, pretzel, sweet senf and weissbier at 8 or 9 am. Nobody bats an eyelash! :toast:

Many years ago, usually on a Sunday in the dead of winter during football season, I would drink a few beers with breakfast.

I would mix them half and half with either tomato juice or V8. Sounds gross, but tastes real good. :toast:

I've lost 20 pounds, but it has taken over 2 months. The good news is that I have been able to completely stop the short acting insulin. That means one shot (sometimes two) a day instead of 5. The less insulin you have to shoot, the quicker and more sustained the weight loss.

I have a ways to go yet...
