T-shirt I saw last night: "Homophobia Is Gay"
We went to a bar that has only been open about three months. It took over the spot where a bar from a local chain (eight or so locations) used to be. They ripped out the carpet, put in a huge hardwood dance floor, and took out all but one of the pool tables. On the plus side, they did add a dart board. Although there were still eight or so booths and a few tables, they somehow managed to comply with the smoking rules so it could be a full-smoking bar.

Last night was some sort of biker event. There were at least 50 cycles parked out front (and probably more in the back). Two of them had glowing blue lights in the wheels and engine areas. There was also a silver Indian Scout.

Anyway, a girl was there with her dad and she was wearing the t-shirt I referenced. They were both really cool. Her ex-girlfriend was with her and she was also cool - her shirt said, "I'm not the girl next door. I'm the bitch across the street." We hadn't brought our darts, but we did have our pool sticks. We used the shitty plastic house darts for a while until the pool table opened up and then shot pool for a while. We'll probably go back another night to see what it is like. They apparently have a lot of bands so that's a plus, but I'm not sure if it will be as much fun on another night. The biker thing definitely set the tone for the evening.
