40. In the early 70's, I saw a local band that did a KILLER cover version of that...

...as their "encore" closer -- complete with pyrotechnics... which included
these fireballs that the lead singer shot from his outstretched hands --
REALLY cool.

The singer had this monster shaggy Afro-type hair and towards the end he
shot a fireball almost straight up and it ricocheted off the ceiling straight
back down into his hair... which immediately caught fire (on the ends and
completely unbeknownst to the singer).

The bass player was on a riser behind him and was near-helpless with
laughter.

It was sick and potentially harmful -- but unbelievably slapstick hilarious.

The singer eventually realized that there was now a small bonfire on his head
and got it put out with help... mostly from the bass player who was STILL
laughing his ass off while slapping at the guy's noggin.
