I adopted the puppy! This is Maximilian!

He is ALL puppy. He teases the cats, jumps on coffee table (looking for chew treats), poops on the carpet then runs away, woke me up at 3:30 am for kisses, is unruly and has no manners. He follows me everywhere so I'm cautious about where I step. He loves to cuddle and he sleeps with me at night.

24. You're a lucky person to have been adopted by him.

They are all sweeties. I can't imagine my life without dogs, and it's 6 decades now. Like all of them, Maximilian will be potty trained, eventually quit chewing everything, and will be your companion as the years go by.

It takes time - but not really that much, in the great scheme of things. And it's worth every minute.
