1. If I would have listened to my mom

I'd be living right around the corner from her and I'd have 15 kids.

2. My oldest son actually did that when he was about two and a half.

So help me, we did everything to get him out, while he got more and more hysterical. We finally called 911, very apologetically, figuring it was beneath them but not wanting to cut the rail. I'll never forget how delighted the guy's face was as he charged in, saying "I just read about this!" Unfortunately reading about it didn't do a bit of good. They had to cut him out. But at least we got to move when the time came, and he's never spent any time in jail.
