I saw some of these when I was in Downtown Milwaukee on my vacation a couple months back. I was tempted, but didn't try them out. I went to a place called Real Chili instead, and had the best damn bowl of chili I've ever had in a restaurant setting.

1. I watched the Great Food Truck Race...

well, the last few episodes anyway and the trucks looked interesting. Still, I was a little concerned about hygiene, lol. And the prices were high.
