1. But they fired the girl who plays JJ
...she was the glue. I don't think it's going to be on much longer unless they bring in HUGE name to replace her.
Oh, and Garcia is my favorite. Fashionable, smart, chubby girl on a show with a boytoy? FUCK YES!

6. JJ? the glue?
I love this show too. I liked the JJ character but never saw her as the "glue". I think they all play pretty equal parts.

Why do you think she was the glue?

3. The casting changes they made will kill that show dead.
Also, they've put their leading man through hell. I just can't buy that a guy like Thomas Gibson's character would still be walking around at this point, instead of, you know, being in a mental healthcare facility.

9. He lived?
Yep. Not buying that.

If he'd've died right after the turnaround and that look of acceptance, that would've been one of the greatest character deaths in TV history.

Why even write that scene that way if he's gonna live through it?

Caca.

10. Well, he was alive during this year's premier.
Which was the last ep I watched. I guess he could be dead by this point.

11. LOL...yeah.
I guess I should be a little slower to complain about a show I'm not really watching anymore...heheheh.

4. I like the show too, although I sometimes worry about myself
since this really is a sick show with too much violence and so many really disturbing crimes. So what draws me to it?

I was devastated when they took Gideon off and still cannot warm up to Rossi. Have to agree that Garcia is the best character and Hotchner has been put through too damned much to be believable.

12. I agree with TVGuide
...And as awful as they may be, they're still a better bet than the only new scripted alternative, CBS' execrable Criminal Minds. If that array won't make you renew your library card, nothing will.
http://www.usatoday.com/life/columnist/criticscorner/2007-12-11-critics-corner_N.htm

The characters are all actually pretty good but the show's plot lines are disgusting. There aren't enough real serial killers to emulate so a bunch of Hollywood writers have to sit around trying to outdo/out-gross their storyline from the last episode.

To paraphrase Babs Bush, "No thanks! I don't want to pollute my beautiful mind".
