The fresh potatoes they use for fries at In 'n' Out are like frigging GRAPEFRUITS.
Saw them putting them in the french fry press yesterday. At least as big as a grapefruit and ROUND...I've never seen a round potato before. They take a strainer full that has just been washed and put them through the press one potato at a time.

Thought you needed to know that. Carry on.
