ATTN:Horror Movie Fans.Need Help Finding Title Of Horror Movie

I am trying to find a title to a horror film and hopefully,someone here can help out. All I remember is a young girl is taking a bath and someone has put acid in her shampoo. It's a very disturbing scene but I remember the movie being pretty scary. The name is on the tip of my tongue,but I can't think of it. It's been driving me nuts for days. We are renting some horror films this weekend and next and I'd like to add this to the bunch if I can find a title. Many thanks!

A deranged hypnotist kills women in lots of gorey ways, including the shampoo laced with acid.

Another woman received a package that contained a pair of binoculars. When looking through them the first time, she couldn't see anything. She gave them a good shake, put them back up to her eyes, then let out a blood-curdling scream...as she lowered the binoculars, you could see two long, bloody nails sticking out from the lens.

I saw this movie when I was a little kid & I remember keeping my feet up in my chair, terrified in that dark theater. Had to have the bedroom light on that night!

Thanks, but that's not the scene. This was a fairly recent film (I'm guessing within the past 10 years.Maybe be little older but it's not that old) I thought someone would have known the film exactly. Argh! This is driving me mad. Thanks again to everyone.

14. The only movie I can think of that's similar to that is "Slaughter High"...

...but it was not exactly as you described.
In that movie, there's a scene where a girl takes a bath, but the killer has tampered with the plumbing, making acid come out of the faucet instead of water.
If you're certain that it was a shampoo bottle, then I guess it had to be something else.

Head and Shoulders tried to leverage the film for a marketing campaign that saw their stock drop by 10% over a one-week period. They ended up issuing an apology, but the damage had already been done...just like the damage from the shampoo in the movie.
