Must have android apps...new phone...
So what's what in the android world? What apps are a must have, free is better. Just got the new G2 from t-mobile after my windows phone(3rd one) would not function at all.

1. Do they have an app that places a call and receives a call? That would be cool on a phone.

2. Even my Windows phone could do that.
Not much more than that, though.

3. Well, sure, but how many times did you have to reboot in the middle of a call?

14. Well, the fact is, it's not a joke.
Even the tech folks at t-mobile kept asking, did you reboot, it? Try a hard reset..try this, that..it was brutal. The last guy I talked to who got me the G2 Andriod even told me his frined got the HTC HD2 and uninstalled the windows software and installed android and it worked great. That's when I pointed out he just helped me with my argument about getting a new replacement phone.
Next statement was "we'll ship it next buisness day"

9. I've only used ATK and one other... the name escapes me
but it wasn't Juice Defender so I can't speak to that.

If you're comfortable installing an SDK, I highly recommend the Swype keyboard.

12. Probably not.
I have an "old" droid so I needed an app to do that. :)
