1. Who's Evelyn Waugh?
Kind of kidding, but I've never read anything by Evelyn Waugh, either.

12. I read that one.

I was amazed it took the BBC (or whoever) 12 episodes to tell it. The book is rawther short for an epic English novel.

2. I have read The Loved One
Mostly to compare to the movie which I love. The book was pretty good but I think the movie was actually a little better.

15. I was reading his wikipedia page, and apparently other authors feel the same way.

Orwell wasn't a fan of him, as well as some others.

So maybe I've not missed anything by not reading him.

6. I've read very little classic literature. I mostly started reading novels in my twenties and take
breaks and read non-fiction for a break quite often.
