Just had lunch. Should I take a nap?
Or should I sit around and do a virtual nap? Or perhaps I should just say the hell with it all and wash a load of clothes? Of course if that happened, the wife may have a heart attack, so that's out. Naptime it is. Zzzzzzz.....And then the Cubs, which can sometimes lead to either nap time or insanity.

1. Not if you like having a heart that works!
One of the worse things you can do for your heart is take a nap after a meal. (Especially a big meal). I'm not trying to be a party pooper, but I've had a heart attack and believe me, you don't want one.
