I've had some serious body bruises......that bruise will turn red/purple...then a sickly yellow before it
becomes a color that can't even be described before it goes away.
What colors are the competition is the real question.

we were actually thinking about bring those in for a practice. The last practice we used for fun, we played soccer.

We've used it for about 8 years and my son remembers to use it if he gets a bruise or muscle strain because it really seems to work.
If you use the gel you massage it into the painful area.
