7. LBN is about the only way
I can get any news, even when there's no extraneous fluff pieces dominating.

HLN (Headline News) seems to have re-branded themselves so that they no longer give the headlines for half an hour, every half hour. I'd sure like to find a station somewhere that understand the concept of 24/7/365 headline news reporting...

followed by high speed car crash and death under mysterious circumstances. :eyes:

i hear ya though - one less distraction for the media - although i'm sure they'll find something to fill the void of this and the birther nonsense. the ed show was not even on last night due to PRE-wedding crap. ugh.

10. Now it will be "baby bump watch"
She so much as wears a loose blouse in the next several months and it will start all over again. Or if she looks the slightest bit pale or tired the media frenzy will be "is she or isn't she".
Then we get nine months more of nonstop coverage if she "is".
Of course, in keeping with that, people will be counting weeks of gestation and due dates if they announce in, oh, a month or so that she is pregnant.

Having said all that, my 20 yr old daughter and I had a very nice time together staying up all night here in Texas watching all the coverage. I finally went to bed after the balcony scene. Luckily I had OFF Friday so I got to sleep all day, daughter not so lucky, she had to go back to work at 3 pm!
