Ever seen on a sat test, the idea for understanding metaphors.
Edited on Sat Apr-30-11 12:00 PM by RandomThoughts
A rose is like a flower.
as a plant is like a what.

The posts in this Internet area are like the episode of Star Trek with the borg.

Like the concept of adjusting shields, and the idea of training AI, as part of existence.

When you clearly state something you do not agree with, they try to use it back on you, hoping it is some weakness that you might be tricked into believing, based on the concept if you think it, maybe you are weak around that delusion. So when I point out a delusion, and why I don't believe it, their are multiple posts from that delusion lingo. But when I post clear accurate comments that make sense, they do not have an argument or comment back.

Here is there failure.

It is selective where it only applies things that might harass or go against a just and compassionate position.

In that it is not justice or rules applied back, but an attempt to knock someone off a just stand. But it is really interesting, the idea that what you say not about belief, but about traps they try to get you to believe, is used back at you.

Although if they were in rules applied back, and not harassment, they would have sent the beer and travel money, so they have no argument.

Besides I believe in many independent people making many choices.

Nobody has made an argument against the very sensible comments on the flaws and harm done by consolidations, and Capitalism when production is more then demand.

Yet if I make a comment on a delusion that can cause some strife they try to reinforce that, but do not reinforce the better accurate comments made, nor are they able to argue against them.

So really it shows some consistency and desperation in attempt, targeting at creating acceptance of a wrong condition.

When I know, and they know.

I am due beer and travel money, and that will be sent.

1. A plant is like a living organism. Brava, you.
Seriously, your stream of consciousness is awesome.
Not mocking cause we miss you when you're gone, but
it's just hard to answer you.

You have the most original "shtick" of any Internet poster I have ever seen. This is one of your best.

3. Well, different areas do different things.
Serious arguments or positions will get more responses in GD or other forums. I think here in the Lounge we appreciate wordplay and posts that we can riff off of, so we create a community that is more playful and helpful (vibes and pets and advice) than interested in logical or emotional arguments.

Btw I've always wanted to ask, are you due money for beer and travel, or are you due beer and money for travel?

4. Reminds me of the famous riddle by Lewis Carroll.
"Why is a raven like a writing desk?" When he wrote that (in Alice in Wonderland) he didn't have an answer or think there was one, but he got so many requests for an answer that he finally came up with one.

"When pressed, they both give out a few notes."
