Move to Fargo, ND or Bismarck, ND? Any other suggestions?

First day of summer, and it's hot as Hades already. Well, actually it has been for about 2 weeks.

Forecast is for 98 degrees today.

5. The coast of Oregon or Washington, if you can stand being wet all the time.
Portland, Seattle, Eugene areas are very liberal friendly, as is the coast of the Pacific NW in general.
