Prosecutors in Anthony case knew there wasn't 84 searches for chloroform.

Scum, all of them. It was a death penalty case. Their main evidence for premeditation was the chloroform searches and they lied and didn't even give the correct information to the defense. They should be disbarred.

1. It was brought out in the trial. Judge Perry gave them a lot of lee way
and they still couldn't prove the case. talk about dumb asses.

2. Baez had his own research done and he said it was just one search.
We didn't know then that the prosecution had this report and they never handed it over to the Defense.

of the prosecution's witness testimony.

imo, that was the whole problem with the trial:

for every witness the prosecution brought forward, Baez brought in a reputable witness who could discredit the prosecution's witness.


Over and over again, it happened.

on edit: I agree with what you are saying about disbarment which, should be happening all over the country. Ever hear of the Innocence Project?
