A quick and dumb joke

A pessimist and a Pollyanna were talking one day. The pessimist was trying on clothes, because she had outgrown her old clothes. She muttered, "I'll never fit into that size again!" The Pollyanna said, "You've got to have a more positive attitude!" The pessimist thought about that for a moment, and then said, "Okay, I'll try. I'm POSITIVE I'll never fit into those clothes again!!"

Of course, it helps to be at least middle aged when saying that.

2. I tried working under the radar

(if that's the same thing) for a long time, and found out I got even less done than if I went boldly into "battle." It isn't safe, but then, as far as I'm concerned, we only have one life to live, and I have always wanted to make some sort of mark on the world. I try, anyway.
