As part of our switchover to DU3 we will be importing all of your user data from DU2. When you log into DU3 for the first time, you will need to enter your username and the current password that you use to log in to DU2.

If you are logged into DU but do not know your password, click the "Options" icon at the top of this page, then click the "Change your password" link on the left side. You will be given the opportunity to enter a new password. This is the password that you will use to log in to DU3 once the new site launches.

You should also ensure that your email address is up to date. If you have any trouble logging into DU3, you can request a new password which will be sent to the email address that we have on file for you. To update your email address, click the "Options" icon at the top of this page, then click the "Edit account information" link on the left side. You will be given the opportunity to update your email address.

Please note that following these steps will not grant you access to the DU3 Preview if you have been having trouble logging in there. However it will ensure that you can log into DU3 when the site goes live, which is going to happen soon.
