U.S. Rep. Dennis Kucinich holds the seat.
He will square off against challengers Cleveland Councilman Joe Cimperman, North Olmsted Mayor Tom O'Grady, United Nations worker Barbara Ann Ferris and anti-war activist Rosemary Palmer.

The Ohio Democratic Party is holding a lottery to give away tickets to the Democratic Presidential Debate, sponsored by Cleveland State University and NBC News.
You can sign up at
http://www.ohiodems.org/debatetickets to enter your name into the lottery.
Each winning entrant will receive one free ticket. All entries must be received by Wednesday, February 20th at 10 a.m. Winners will be notified by phone and/or email.
This contest is not associated with Channel 3 News or NBC News.
