In some states a handwritten "codicil" .. same as an amendment.. will do it.

but check to be sure.

Some states might require sig of two witnesses and all sorts of folderol.

AAR needs to expand into RW areas, to really tip the vote. Imagine the rain on the desert, with it on the air in Dallas, Alabama, OK, Missouri, Utah, and similars.
Money could totally buy stations in those areas and operate them at a loss forever, yet get the word out nonetheless.
