Jay Marvin Show - Perhaps we should list it on "Listen Live"?

Hey folks, Jay Marvin, a fellow I know, is running a Liberal talk radio show in Boulder, CO now, from 6 AM to 10 AM Mountain Time.

His show is on AM 760, http://www.am760.net/main.html, and they have a reliable Windows Media stream.

Of course, I record it for White Rose. (Many thanks to Clear Channel who finally approved that request.)

But I think that more people need to know about Jay, and so, I'm asking you fine folks to mount an email campaign to ask the Admins to please list it? (This was probably the one thing ATA was good for...)

1. Jay was a liberal in his first incarnation in Chicago at WLS.

He was kicked off and came back chastened and moved away from the left. No vote for him from me.

2. Well, not quite that simple...

He was Liberal as hell when he came back, too, but then the sea change happened at WLS.

He was very sick at the time, and there was no way he was physically or emotionally able to lose his job and health insurance.

Did he make the right choice? Maybe not, but could I have done differently in his shoes? I like to think so, but how could I know?

Part of being a Liberal is to embrace the concept of Redemption.

4. That's my opinion.

We need every ally we can get, no matter how reluctant.

The time to get picky is AFTER we win.

But give Jay a listen; he does a VERY Liberal show that has the sound of conviction that was utterly lacking in his latter days at WLS-AM.
