Fineman endorses Matthews for Senate run
Per Fishbowl, Howard Fineman said about Chris Matthews: "If he decides to run, he has my support."

These two are good friends, so we can't blame Fineman for supporting him, but should MSNBC allow two of its marquee names to engage in such open politics?

What would Edward R. Murrow do?

1. If Matthews runs he needs to quit immediately.

2. and I endorse some hair dye for Howard Fineman
(ok, cheap shot. I guess more power to him if he wants to grow it out, and it's not like his hair dye was convincing or subtle at all, but it's so awkward to watch the evolution of the "in between stage" I guess).
