5. Posner? he is quite a light bulb!
And Becker, serioulsy? A blog? Those two together they really created something. IMHO, not even worth the time to read other than to humor yourself! Posner should stick to law, maybe one day he will get better at that. But being involved in both Economics and law seems to be above this poor old man's head!
However, I accept your opinion, just be aware that these guys are not quite the logical material! After all, I neither have the reputation of them nor could I be compared to them.
I still have to come across a really interesting econ blog. If you find one pass it on!

2. dunno if they are blogs
per say but on our site we list a series of authors and websites
devoted to the economy, trade and so on that is highly mathematical
(often) not corporate endorsed and often really misunderstood.
