Refinancing FHA Mortgage...offers in mail...are they scams?
My husband and I keep getting these offers in the mail to refinance our FHA Mortgage. It always sounds great: 1% drop in interest rate, no closing costs, no points, no credit check.

These sound appealing because our current lender is not competitive at all in lowering our rate. We've paid everything on time for the past 2 years and they just won't deal.

Anyone know anything about these outfits with the offers? The latest one is Access National. What are the catches with these things?
