1. 1st, there is not enough info....

such as "21% in equities" - which equities? Small cap? Mid Cap? Large Cap? Growth? Value?
"18% mutual funds" - Which mutual funds? Are they equity mutual funds or bond funds? Or blends?
"27% fixed income" - How is this allocated? Preferreds? Corporates? Agencies?
"15% 'other'" - Real Estate? (REITS?) Metals? Commodities? International?

2nd, It's never too late to do anything (well, unless your entire portfolio/net worth was tied up in Bear Sterns and Thornburg Mortgage. Then it's too late)

3rd What is your risk tolerance?

4th How long till you retire?

5th Does this portfolio represent all of your investments?

6th Expect the advice you get on a public message board regarding investment allocation to be worth precisely what you pay for it.
