I am not trying to paint everyone with a broad brush but I hope Republican voting UAW workers are enjoying shooting themselves in the foot once again.

I am not a UAW member but a union member with a company that supplies the auto industry and it never ceases to amaze me hearing the vomit spewing out of my fellow workers mouths on a daily basis especially this last election cycle and now the party of "angry white men" they seem to love so much is going to screw them over once again and they lap it up every freaking time!

Why on earth would anyone who works for living would ever vote Republican is beyond me ... Guns God Gays my ass!

If misguided and idiotic people who constantly vote against their own best interests would only be affected I would ok with it but when they screw the entire country over in the process something needs to be done!

I am against violence but everyone has their limits!

5. I have tried, too. I am in a union and I cannot believe how many of the people I

work with vote Republican.

You try to explain to them that the Rethuglicans hate unions and would love to bust them all but they don't want to hear it.

All they seem to be worried about are guns and taxes.

Your question is something I have been asking myself for over 40 years.. I work for a living, all my children work for a living, we are not wealthy. I worked in factories years ago, union and non-union, and you can give me a UNION shop anytime. I am a lifelong Democrat, I saw my father who worked as a UNION member of IBEW for over 50 years, not come home due to strikes and the stories he could tell about the filthy greed of the businessman, always trying to slit the throat of the union workers. When Reagan, who was without a doubt the 2ND WORST PRESIDENT ( BUSH TOOK HIS PLACE AT NUMBER 1)fired all the air traffic controllers you could see the contempt of the Republican Party for the worker. It went downhill from there. I worked in a textile mill, we were trying to organize and they sent us home early for Labor Day Holiday, in the meantime, they EMPTIED THE PLANT, over the weekend and sent everything to South Carolina, were they didn't have to contend with us Union Loving Yankees. It was a disgrace. We went back to the plant and a pile of pink slips waited for all of us, my husband and I were out of a job, and 3 kids to feed. YES, YOU TELL ME ABOUT THE FILTHY REPUBLICANS, I WILL VOTE FOR DEMOCRATS AND UNIONS TILL THE DAY I DIE!!!:toast:
