Congress's personal stock portfolios more healthy than most
Did anyone see an article on Congress's personal investments that showed them to be surprisingly untouched by major downturns, and raised the question of how their information in managing their portfolios is so much better? (insinuating insider info).

I thought I saw an article addressing this last week, but can't find it now. Anyone save that or know where the article appeared?
