National Wildlife Federation (NWF), America’s conservation
organization passionate about protecting wildlife for our children’s
future, is seeking a dynamic and dedicated person to serve as Senior
Manager, Programs and Operations, in its Austin, Texas regional office.
Job duties will include the following:

● Provide operational support to the Regional Executive Director
and manage activities conducted in the Gulf States regional office in
support of the NWF Strategic Plan.
● Oversee regional office operations, internal communications,
administrative and financial management, and grants development,
management, and reporting.
● Assist Regional Executive Director and senior program staff with
program implementation and with personally recruitment and personnel
management.

Qualifications:

● Excellent analytical, writing, communication, and management
skills;
● Demonstrated ability to collaborate and coordinate effectively
across a large, geographically dispersed organization;
● Demonstrated senior-level budget and personnel management
experience;
● Must be a strategic thinker, well organized, strong
communicator, relationship builder and have a demonstrated ability to
set goals and meet deadlines.
● A bachelor’s degree or commensurate, with a relevant
master’s degree or specialized training desirable.
● Minimum 10 years progressively responsible experience,
preferably with a non-profit, in an operations, management, or program
capacity.
