Park land dedication...

Hello. I am in the midst of doing a little research on ideas for park land dedication requirements for use in a local ordinance and could use a little help. Long story very short, we are looking to propose an ordinance that would require developers to set aside a portion of their development to be used as park land or green space.

I've tried google, ive tried yahoo, etc.

Would anyone here want to take a few minutes to see if THEIR community had a park land dedication ordiance, and if so, post the text and a link?

Anyone else have any ideas?

1. I think here it's done project by project

and park land set-asides are typically done for mitigation.

But YMMV.

Have you read the general plans for both the city and county? :shrug:
