3. Love summer in the desert? You're in luck!!!
With global warming there will be more summer, AND more desert! That's a win-win.

:sarcasm:

5. Maybe I'm misinterpreting what you wrote
but that sounded a bit nasty towards me.

Did I insult you in some way?

7. When I was much younger, like in my 40s, I used to love the desert heat -
but 40 years later, I can't take it anymore. It
is too much and you're right with global warming the heat is going to increase - just like the price of food and oil.

13. in Oregon, temps are up and down like a yo yo, lots of extremes
78 degrees Saturday, 41 degrees today with snow not far from here. Well la Nina is about over and el Nino is going to happen by this summer I'd bet.
The jet stream is either too far south or too far north. Craziest weather I've ever seen but climate scientists warned us to expect extremes on both ends of the thermometer. More snow, rain, floods, tornadoes, droughts, oh boy!
No more Goldilocks "just right" for earth plane. :scared:
