Are water fuel kits a scam? I've never heard of these before

It can be electrolyzed - separated into Hydrogen and Oxygen - by the application of current.
The hydrogen can be subsequently burned.
I think that's what the ad was getting at.
To produce enough H2 from a tank of water in real time would require a Hybrid mill
to provide the juice.
I say Bunk!
