Alternative energy mutual funds

Looked over my portfolio, have an energy fund so I decided to look over it's holdings. Of course, oil/gas holdings are 58%, no investment in alternative energy. Obviously it's doing very well, but I'd like to transfer over my ducats to a socially responsible alternative energy mutual fund. I've looked at some stuff online, but does anyone have any experience in this area?

While there are no mutual funds listed here, it does have individual stocks and Clean Tech Indexes (ETFs - which is like a cross between stocks and mutual funds)
