1. It's slowed down to 6 mph. That's not good.
The longer it has over the warm water the greater the chances of it strenthening to a hurricane. Either way though, impact to the rigs/refineries should be minimal.

I know I'm looking forward to some much needed rain and cooler temps here in San Antonio.

2. Luckily, the Gulf hasn't gotten real hot yet. Good luck with your rain...

3. Dolly strengthened rather fast when she slowed down -
so we'll see. I noticed the path has shifted a little more NW, so we might not get as much as I thought. We need the rain to break this cycle of heat. :hi:
