Tuesday, March 24 will mark the 20th anniversary of the Exxon Valdez oil spill

It was early in the morning on March 24, 1989, when the Exxon Valdez hit Bligh Reef and spilled nearly 11 million gallons of crude oil, covering nearly 11,000 square miles of ocean.

1. Twenty years of denial, delay and diversion from Exxon

I wouldn't be surprised if some of their original lawyers have retired
to the Bahamas by now as they have been the only beneficiaries of the
event (apart from Exxon directors of course).
