New Lobbying Alliance to Promote Renewable Electricity Standard

There has been more movement on creating a renewable electricity standard in the U.S.


An alliance of leaders in renewable energy, the RES Alliance for Jobs, formed today, their mission to promote a strong national Renewable Electricity Standard (RES).

They see a strong RES as essential to providing market stability in the renewable energy industries, which will allow manufacturers and investors to put billions of dollars into the U.S. economy and create hundreds of thousands of jobs, while meeting climate mitigation goals.
