Peter Ruggiero, executive vice president of Crayola's global operations, said the company wants to expand the solar system behind their township factory to 30 acres, which is the maximum allowed by the state.

"My bet is the future is expensive energy," Ruggiero said.

2. 15 acres and 26,200 panels
And they plan to double it to 30 acres. Now that's a solar array.

Way to go, Crayola!!!
