4. "DU Forums: Guns" should become active in promoting 2A within the Party.

I see in another thread where Second Amendment Democrats is trying something. Any other ideas as to how to get hold of Obama/Hillary and tell them of our concerns? They should see the "gun issue" on the horizon and despite protestations to the contrary from some in this forum, it will become major in a close race (say, Obama v. McCain?). They would be wise to consult with their own brothers and sisters, and not some Beltway Bandit Democratic consultant.
