4. Seems a bit short-sighted to arrest him. I don't imagine there's a lot of grenades
lying around, but it seems that the same logic that drives the no-questions gun buy would apply. Now the next person who finds a grenade in granpa's attic is just gonna end up tossing it in the woods or something...

7. I admit, that's probably what I would do with a grenade
However, I think police policies should be designed to discourage people setting off explosives, rather than the other way around. Officially anyway, common sense and safety should take precedence over fun and adventure...

10. Live ordinance shows up in the property of deceased vets.
Family checks grand pa's old footlockers and they find a grenade or explosive souvenir. Happens every so often.
