Another one of Sarah Brady's "only ones" shoots up a school this morning.

Former state trooper charged after middle school gun fire

http://www.wvva.com/global/story.asp?s=13010515

EDITED... I just learned thru a local source, that this former State Trooper last year shot "by accident" into a neighbor's house, and was convicted of that... I am digging thru the criminal records now, to find proof of this, but the friend that told me this, has been 100% reliable in the past..

2nd EDIT: I just went through his court records, and he was found guilty of "destruction of property" on 10/28/2009, in Tazewell Co Virginia.. That could be something you would be found guilty of if you "accidentally shoot" a house....Evidently it was a plea deal, it is common practice to "plead down" to lesser charges, especially if your a ret. cop...

2. Or "Former state trooper idiot fires indiscriminantly at coyote, hits middle school"?
And since when are FORMER law enforcers among "Sarah Brady's 'only ones'"?

Is enough to allow them CCW in any state or municipality in the United States.. They are most decided "one of the only ones"...

4. Let us hypothesize for a moment that he is mentally unsound.
How do you know he was not while he was an active officer?
