MI: 20 Grad-type missiles fired at Israel over course of Gaza op
Note, unless I am mistaken, these are "rockets" not "missiles".

A senior official in the Military Intelligence said Monday that militants in the Gaza Strip fired 20 Iranian-made Grad-type missiles at southern Israel over the course of the Israel Defense Forces offensive in recent days.

He said that Israel Air Force planes had bombed the largest rocket-making factory in Gaza over the course of the operation, killing the rocket-maker and his family, who lived above the laboratory.

He also said that the MI was concerned that Hezbollah was preparing to carry out terror attacks against Israeli targets abroad. Meanwhile, a Grad-type Katyusha rocket scored a direct hit on a residential building in the southern city of Ashkelon on Monday morning, just hours after the IDF pulled its ground troops out of the Gaza Strip, culminating days of intensive fighting.

A few people were treated for shock at the scene of the Ashkelon attack, which occurred next to a local school. No injuries other than anxiety were reported, but many parents took their children out of school early, due to the attack.

2. I reiterate
Hamas simply wins the stupid prize. How they could take the welfare and safety of their citizens so lightly (meaning not care at all) is beyond me.

They are just itching for a big conflagration, bigger than last week, so that a bunch of their people can die and then people will blame Israel.

Hamas is just a bunch of lowlife idiots. How dare they care so little for their people.

5. would it be too much to ask
for evidence to be provided? i for one dont take the word of israeli military intelligence automatically, i would like to see some proof otherwise its just more anti iran propaganda coming from the usual sources.

6. Evidence? Ashkelon's houses just blew themselves up?
What is your problem? Just because Israeli MI says something then it automatically becomes untrue in your eyes? And the words of a severely anti-progressive state like Iran are believable purely because they are anti-American and anti-Israel?

What about believing the evidence of your own eyes? Look at the pictures in this article:
Rockets hit Ashkelon.

There's a video embedded in the article too. I would advise you to watch it.

7. Quasams are hand built and of limited range, Grads are factory built and have much longer range and
better guidance systems. If they are reaching Ashkelon, they are not Quasams.

122mm rockets were reported, and there is now clear evidence of longer/better stronger rockets being used. Short of recovering a dud round, that is about as good as it gets. You can believe the physics, not the Mossad.
