Iran hard-liners put bounties on heads of Israel leaders
TEHRAN (AFP) — Iranian hardline students have offered rewards totalling a million dollars for the "execution" of three Israeli military leaders over the deadly strikes on Gaza, the student news agency ISNA reported on Monday.

The group is even encouraging Iranians to donate their kidneys to increase the bounties on the heads of Israeli Defence Minister Ehud Barak, Mossad spy agency director Meir Dagan and military intelligence chief Amos Yadlin.

The rewards were announced by the Justice Seeking Students Group on Sunday at a ceremony in Tehran entitled "setting the bounty for the revolutionary execution of the designers of state terrorism," ISNA said.

1. Two-word response to Iranian "students" by this administration:
Pre-emptive strike.

Sometimes I wonder whether Iran is goading the WH to take it out.

2. Odd that nobody commented on the obvious mistranslation
in the photo, showing that the Iranian students are either incompetent in English or Persian. The ol' "wiped off the map" business.

Either they didn't bother clicking on this post, on the link, or they didnt' realize what they were reading.

Then again, the original mistranslation was obviously done by neocon Iranian translator working for the state news agency. An obvious conspiracy and provocation, ne?

7. Well, the cash bounty seems very Bush-like.

Of course, it's mostly political theater; if you really want them dead, you don't leave the job to amateurs. And I must say, this is most ungrateful, Bush has been the greatest benefactor of Iran among all Presidents in US history.

Edit: Thank goodness, I see they didn't put a bounty on Bush.

8. I don't equate the leader of a democratic country with that of a terrorist group. nt
