This is the day that the Iranian ship with aid for the people of the Gaza Strip is supposed to dock. There is no news on DU, BBC, Al Jazeera..

I just read a timely article from December 14, 2008 that was in the Jerusalem Post. The subject was about Iran sending a ship with aid to the Gaza Strip – the article was written twelve days before Israel started launching bombs and phosphorous at Palestinians.

The Jerusalem Post article author claims the following( as coming from the IDF of Israel):

IDF says that the aid ship is from the Iranian Red Crescent which is cover for the Islamic Revolutionary Guards Corps’ QUDS Force.

IDF says that the QUDS Force wants to spread influence and ferry intelligence agents to the Gaza Strip.

IDF says that ‘an American expert’ warned IDF (on the Saturday before December 14).

IDF says that Iran wants to GAIN political influence through social aid programs .

IDF says that the QUDS Force/Red Crescent (Red Cross) want to “subvert societies” by planting “intelligence agents acting as charitable officials” and encourage the Sunni Muslim “street” (little people?) to believe that the Iranian regime is on their side, despite its Shi'ite face”

They say that this is what “Prof. Raymond Tanter, president of the Washington-based Iran Policy Committee, told The Jerusalem Post.”

So, what happened to the transfer shipment between December 14 and December 26/7?

Does Israel own the coast and waters of the Gaza Strip>

Or is the ship that was supposed to dock today the same ship? If yes, where is it.

Why do I ask? Because this ship and what happens to it could be the pivot point with the remaining key goal of Israel and the U.S. – which is - to bomb Iran.

I think that the accusation by Israel that they are invading the Gaza Strip because of the missiles should be accompanied by the response that they are conducting a major blockade of Palestinians refugees in the Gaza Strip – a blockade that is at a dire point for water, food, medical care – all the most basics of life and death. And that it has been going on for years. It is now a deadly crisis and Israel promises that it will continue. The U.N. workers fled the Gaza Strip to protect lives of their workers.

Israel intelligence is in operating with the Gaza Strip, supposedly to locate Hamas missile launches.

How do we know that they are not launching the missiles themselves to perpetuate this, their latest so-called war?

Is their purpose to fight Iranians in this form, to force the Palestinians off the land, or to create a crisis that will allow them to finally take Iran by bombing?

Or is this a water, oil, gas confrontation of the most deadly and cruel kind?
